By Nyasha Dombojena 23rd Apr 2026
A local independent Leamington optician has been shortlisted for Frame Styling Practice of the Year in the SightCare Awards 2026.
Sukhi Eyes Ltd, one of four optical practices chosen throughout the UK, has been selected for their dedication to eyecare in their local Leamington community to potentially win an award by the UK's largest association representing independent opticians and optometrists.
After only having been open for a year, Sukhi Eyes Ltd has upheld a high standard of care for those that visit their practice at 64D Regent Street, CV32 5EG Leamington Spa.
Mrs Sukhi Cheema, owner of the practice, said: "As a female-led team, being shortlisted for Frame Styling Practice of the Year means so much to us. At Sukhi Eyes, community is at the heart of everything we do, and we've built that community one person at a time through truly personalised eyecare and eyewear styling."
The shortlisted practices are carefully chosen, based on achievements within their communities and dedication to their profession. Emma Rawlings, CEO of SightCare,
expressed her admiration for Sukhi Eyes Ltd, stating that "Their independence allows them to innovate, go the extra mile and provide a truly individual experience".
The Sukhi Eyes Ltd team will be attending the SightCare LIVE Award ceremony in Birmingham on 26 April, to hear the results.
