A Warwickshire-based financial services firm has successfully raised over £4,000 for a local charity, including more than £2,000 through participation in this year's Wolf Run.
Simpson Financial Services (SFS), which is based in Leamington, raised £2,150 for The Esther Project, a Leamington-based Community Interest Company (CiC) dedicated to supporting vulnerable women.
This includes those dealing with mental health challenges, escaping domestic abuse, overcoming addiction, transitioning from prison, or facing homelessness.
On Saturday, 25 April, eight members of the SFS team took on the challenge of the Wolf Run, a popular UK-based off-road obstacle course racing event.

The Wolf Run includes wild running through natural terrains, such as woods, fields, and lakes.
The SFS team expressed that taking on such a challenge as a team was a valuable opportunity to support each other and raise money to make a real difference.

"Taking on a challenge like this as a team was a really good opportunity for us to dig deep, pull each other through and raise enough money to make a genuine difference" shared the SFS team.
"We had an absolute blast - our particular highlights being the bridge jump into the freezing river and 30m swim, and the renowned 100m water slide!"

The funds raised by participating in the run are also being matched by the SFS team, making the total contribution to £4,300.
