The first Wolf Run event of the year kicked off in style over the weekend ( 25 to 26 April), as thousands of runners descended on Offchurch Bury, Leamington, to take on Spring Wolf.

Under sunny spring skies, participants tackled mud, water and woodland trails in trademark Wolf Run fashion, kicking off the season with grit, determination and plenty of smiles at the finish line and across the bustling event village.

The event marked the start of Wolf Run's 15-year anniversary celebrations, bringing together first-timers and seasoned runners alike for a shared test of endurance, outdoor play and teamwork.

Adults, children and dogs all took part across the weekend, including the 5k and 10k Wolf Run events, Junior Wolf and Wolf Trails.

Created and organised by a local farming family, Wolf Run is led by brothers Charlie and Will Moreton, who remain at the heart of the business today.

Since its inception, Wolf Run has grown significantly when 650 runners lined up at the start of the first event, to now welcoming up to 30,000 participants each year across its events.

Wolf Run has two more events this year, with Summer Wolf taking place 13 to 14 June in Leicestershire before Autumn Wolf returns to Leamington Spa in Warwickshire 12 to 13 September.
