Leamington's most anticipated literary event for local authors has announced an exciting new partnership with local caterers.

South Warwickshire Literary Festival has teamed up with Top Nosh Food to provide food for the body as well as the mind with a delicious on-site lunchtime feast for this year's festival, taking place at The Fold on Saturday 20 September for a day dedicated to all things wordy.

Festival Director Jacci Gooding said: 'We are delighted to announce that we can now take orders for Top Nosh lunchboxes to make finding that lunchtime meal so much easier for our festival attendees.

"Competitively priced at only £10, your choice of lunchbox will be delivered to the festival, removing the stress of having to rush out to grab something to eat and risk missing the lunchtime open mic or the chance to mingle and network with other authors and writers.

"It's what the feedback told us last year, and we listened and took action. I've already booked mine!' For details on how to book your lunch, simply hop over to the festival website and follow the instructions on the front page. Vegetarian, vegan, meat and gluten-free options available online."

Also new on the menu at this year's festival are one-to-one sessions with industry experts to be held in The Fold's fabulous crypt rooms nestled below the main hall. Whether you're an emerging novelist or poet, or someone with a manuscript in the drawer, this is your chance to sit down in private with published authors, editors and writing coaches. Limited slots will be available for these intimate guidance sessions, which aim to provide personalised feedback, writing advice, and publishing insights.

Festival co-director, author and poet Gwyneth Box said: "This is a rare chance for writers of any stage to ask questions, share work, and get individual, direct, constructive advice. Before the Festival, the expert of your choice will take time to read your work and then spend fifteen minutes face-to-face with you on the day.

"Those fifteen minutes could mean the difference between getting your work published or pushed up the ratings, or not."

Tickets for the South Warwickshire Literary Festival are available now and can be found here, where you will find details of all the one-to-one sessions as well as the workshops on offer at this year's festival. Those interested in one-to-one sessions are encouraged to register early, as slots are expected to fill quickly.

This is the fourth year for the South Warwickshire Literary Festival, which takes place for the first time this year at The Fold in Leamington, on Saturday 20 September.

Full details are available on the festival website.
