2. Eight-acre lavender farm now open

An eight-acre lavender farm in Bubbenhall with more than 12,000 hand-planted lavender plants has reopened for the summer.

Warwickshire Lavender Farm, on Watery Lane, began its life in 2016 as a retirement project for husband and wife Ian and Pippa Jamie and is now entering its fourth year of letting locals come and explore.

The couple first started planting at their Weston Under Wetherley home to give somewhere for beekeeper Ian to keep his bees, and are once again welcoming guests having opened again on Friday 20 June 2025.

The site will open from 10am to 4.15pm, Wednesday to Sunday until Sunday 3 August.
