Six-figure investment set to transform this Leamington pub

A family-friendly pub in Leamington is set to reveal a new and improved look, following a six-figure investment.
The Royal Horse pub on Poseidon Way, part of pub company and brewer Greene King, will temporarily close from 26 October whilst renovation works take place, with the revamped venue set to reopen its doors to the public next month (November 2026).
The investment will give The Royal Horse's outdoor space a new lease of life with upgraded garden furniture and over 80 additional seats, as well as the refurbishment of the children's play area for families to enjoy.
The pub will also be installing an outdoor TV screen to enhance sports viewing on key matchdays.
The interior will also be refreshed with modern décor, comfortable furniture, and the creation of a more open-plan layout.
The Royal Horse's sports offering will be boosted with a new interactive digital darts lane and upgraded TV screens showing the latest live fixtures on Sky Sports and TNT Sports. The toilets will also be refurbished.
Guests can browse menus and book their festive celebrations ahead of the pub's reopening via the Greene King app, which is available to download here.
Additionally, there are multiple job opportunities as The Royal Horse is currently hiring new team members. For more information and to apply, please follow this link.
