After serving over five years in Leamington and the wider community, a popular pizza shop is closing its doors.

We Love Pizza, located on Regent Street in the town, has announced its last day in business will be the 13 December.

The independent restaurant is family run, and like many other businesses, was hit by the pandemic and flipped to doing deliveries only in September 2020 - just two months after opening.

But following a steady few years, owners Jose and Geanina threw their doors to welcome back diners once again.

Now, due to the increase in costs, heavily felt by independent businesses, it is sadly closing.

In a statement, the team shared: "For years, we poured our hearts into creating a place where food, passion and community came together. 

"Letting go is incredibly painful, but we do so knowing we gave it everything we had." 

The team further shared that they are gratefu for to the local community for supporting the business and 'the memories made together.'
