Plans for a major expansion at a Leamington hotel have been revealed.
If approved, the plans would see The Jephson Hotel on Warwick New Road developed, with a two-storey extension to the back of the existing hotel.
This would include 22 new bedrooms.
There would also be minor changes to the hotel's interior, including a new back-of-house reception entrance.
The initial proposed scheme also provided an additional five parking spaces within the rear car park via Warwick Place, bringing the hotel to 40 parking spaces in total.

A new passenger lift is also included in the plans to improve access to the first floor.
The plans further state that the extension will feature a mix of red brick and white-rendered finishes, with the historic rear wings of the existing building left untouched.
Back in 2020, planning permission was granted for the partial demolition and internal and external alterations needed to convert the hotel into 27 residential apartments, with associated car parking and landscaping.
However, the work was never carried out.
