Leamington third most expensive place to live in Warwickshire

Leamington Spa is currently the third most expensive Warwickshire town to buy a house, according to new data released by HM Land Registry.
The data uses the average prices of houses sold in each area, across the 12 months leading up to the middle of April 2025.
According to the Land Registry data, the average sold property price in Leamington over the last year was £400,749.
The list was topped by Kenilworth, followed by Stratford-upon-Avon.
Most houses sold in Leamington in the last year were semi-detached, with an average price of £371,629.
Terraced properties went for an average of £384,829, with flats fetching £254,842.
Overall, the prices in Leamington over the past 12 months were one per cent down on the previous year and three per cent up on the 2022 peak of £387,666.
The average property price across Warwickshire is £354,274.
