This year's show is particularly special as it will feature stars of ITV's Fletchers' Family Farm, Kelvin and Elizabeth Fletcher who are set to unveil their new Fletcher's Farmhouse Lodge - created with Pathfinder Homes - and to meet the public looking at the lifestyle on offer and fantastic range of homes on view.

Sponsored by Berkeleyparks, the event will also see manufacturer EcoHabs attend for the first time, showcasing their must-see 'fold out container home' - a compact, experimental accommodation concept that folds out on‑site and offers a modern, sustainable approach to leisure living.

This industry leading national event brings the biggest manufacturers and all the related services and suppliers to South Warwickshire providing locals with a 'Not to be missed' opportunity to discover a whole new world and if nothing else, simply a nice free day out looking at wonderfully designed and decorated showhomes in the beautiful grounds of Stoneleigh.

Encouraging locals to come and see for themselves, Pat continued: "Even if you have never given leisure homes or lodges a thought before, what have you got to lose by coming down?

"Hopefully the sun will be shining, but even if it isn't, it's still a great day out.

"Every year I am always pleased to see locals visit, spend much longer at the show than planned and then to see the surprise on their faces at how impressed and amazed they have been with the homes they've viewed."
