Simpson Financial Services (SFS) has been named the Apprentice Employer of the Year 2025 (SME) at the CII and PFS Apprenticeship Awards. 

The firm, which is based in Leamington Spa, received the award on Friday 17 October.

The SFS team said: "It's an honour to be recognised on a national level for supporting career pathways into and within financial services and is testament to all the hard work that goes on behind the scenes."

Apprenticeships are an important part of how the firm operates.

Milena Damjanovic was named Paraplanner Apprentice of the Year 2025, an accolade awarded to Vicky Tolley in 2024.

Milena was the Financial Administrator Apprentice of the Year 2024, the same award that Luke Viner was shortlisted for in 2025. 

Natasha Palmer, Hannah Stanley, Alex James and Vicky Tolley also all took home awards at the CII's Young Achiever of the Year Award across various years.
