A new rotisserie chicken pop-up is marking its first month at a popular Leamington burger shop, offering takeaway chicken with a selection of house-made sauces.
Libertine Chicken, located behind Libertine Burger on Regent Street, officially opened on 17 September, with its opening hours varying from week to week.
The pop-up serves half rotisserie chickens with dirty rice, pickled slaw, house barbecue sauce, hot sauce, and aioli, and is accessible on Oxford Row.
Speaking to Nub News, the team behind the venture said the idea came from having additional space at the back of Libertine Burger and spotting a gap in the local market for rotisserie chicken.
Kam, one of the team members at Libertine Burger, shared: "I think [the fact that] rotisserie chicken isn't that done around here and in Leamington was a primary reason for opening.
"We're also very well known for our sauces, so it's about combining the flavours as well."
The pop-up is run by the same team and chefs as Libertine Burger, with the Libertine Chicken pop-up operating from the additional space behind the main shop.

As a pop-up, it does not have fixed weekly opening hours, although the team said they aim to open every week where possible.
Speaking about the opening, Kam shared that the pop-up has been met with a highly positive reception from customers, while emphasising that the limited opening hours are part of the venture's distinctive offering.
"It's the place you should visit if you want rotisserie chicken done properly," highlighted Kam.
Customers are advised to check the @libertinechicken Instagram stories for the latest opening times.
