1. Oktoberfest 

Celebrate Oktoberfest with Windmill Hill Taproom this weekend (20 September).

The event will take place from 6pm to 11pm with doors open from 5.30pm at Unit 14, Neilston Street in Leamington Spa. 

Organisers said: "Join us at the Windmill Hill Brewery and Taproom for a fun-filled celebration of all things Oktoberfest."

"Get ready for delicious weissbier on draft, German bratwurst & currywurst, live Bavarian Oompah music, and plenty of good times to dress up with friends. Prost!"

Tickets cost £6.15 each and can be bought online here.

2. Social Singles event

The Social Thirties is bringing a night of cocktails, canapés and a 'room full of singles' to Leamington this September. 

It comes as part of the Social Singles event, launching this September.

The event will take place at Nomad-lounge in Leamington and take place on 26 September from 7pm to 10pm and is open to all singles aged 25 to 45.

Organisers said: "This isn't speed dating - this is classy cocktails and conversations. 

"Come mingle, do your thing, and see where the night takes you.

"Come solo or bring a friend - this night is all about real conversations, a little flirting, and meeting single men and women in person (the way it should be)."

Tickets cost £40 each and can be purchased online.

3. Blue film: 2025 Banff Mountain Film Festival tour 

The Banff Mountain Film Festival is back with a brand-new line-up of captivating short films packed with extreme journeys, intriguing characters and stunning cinematography. 

Join the world's top outdoor filmmakers and adventurers as they climb, ski, paddle, run and ride through the wildest corners of the planet!

As part of the 2025 Banff Tour, the Blue Film Programme will be shown on Friday, 19 September.

Reserved seating can be made when booking tickets.

Concession tickets are available for full-time students, under 16s, unemployed and over 60s (please bring along proof of your concession eligibility).

4. Friday market

And on Friday 19 September, Leamington's weekly market on Holly Walk. 

Organised by CJ's Events Warwickshire, the Leamington markets are a new addition to the town.

The markets run from 10am to 4pm and offer a variety of goods from food, clothes and handmade items from local independent businesses.

Following the launch of the market, Jamie Probert-Walker from CJ's Events said: "We're excited to build on this momentum and look forward to growing the market in the coming months in partnership with the District Council, giving people even more reason to visit Leamington on a Friday."
