Residents at Leamington flats all 'evacuated safely and unharmed' after fire

Following a fire at flats in Leamington, the council has confirmed residents have been "evacuated safely and unharmed."
The fire which took place earlier today (10 February) was at Fallow Hill flats.
Those directly affected by the incident are currently being supported by council officers on-site.
This includes helping families with immediate need for accommodation, food, and clothing,
The council has shared it will work with those affected to assess what it needs to put in place for the longer term.
A statement from Warwick District Council read: "We would like to thank the local community for the support they have shown the families at this terrible time, and we are now working with emergency services to establish the cause of the fire and secure the safety of the building."
