Lingerie retailer Bravissimo given green light for pop-up warehouse following fire

A Leamington Spa-based lingerie retailer has been given the green light to keep a temporary warehouse it built after a fire earlier this year.
The pop-up facility was built at Bravissimo's Juno Drive base after the in June this year.
In an application to Warwick District Council, the retailer said the warehouse was needed to keep its online order operations running after "extensive damage" to the main warehouse.
Plans state the temporary site will be needed for six to 12 months, although Bravissimo indicated it could be less.
It will handle stock from Bravissimo's stores, including lingerie and swimsuits.
Signing off on the retrospective application, a council report said: "The proposal is considered to have an acceptable impact on the character and appearance of the area, will not result in harm to neighbouring amenity and is considered to be in accordance with local plan policies."
