Leamington Town Council has announced a series of upcoming information sessions, inviting residents, visitors, and local businesses to share their views on the future of Leamington Spa's Parade.

As part of a bold new vision to transform the Parade into a traffic-free zone, the council is seeking feedback on a set of concept plans designed to revitalise the town centre and boost its economic and cultural appeal.

This initiative is being led by The Leamington Transformation Board, comprising representatives from Warwickshire County Council, Warwick District Council, and Royal Leamington Spa Town Council.

The Board has launched an eight-week public engagement campaign to gather input on the emerging Parade Masterplan.

The engagement period began on Monday 2 June and will run until Monday 28 July, offering the community a valuable opportunity to help shape the town's future

The recently announced event dates, which will facilitate talks about the plans, are as follows:

  • Business & Community Drop-in Session on Tuesday 17 June from 12pm to 6pm at Leamington Town Hall, Parade.
  • Community Drop-in Session on Tuesday 24 June from 2.30pm to 4.30pm at Leamington Library, Royal Pump Rooms
  • Evening Webinar on Thursday 26 June from 7pm to 8pm, online with the link available on the Transforming Leamington website
  • Information Stand at the Market on Sunday 29 June from 10am to 4pm at Covent Garden Quarter market stall, Warwick Street
