Locals are being invited to join The Bicycle Mayor on a tour of Royal Leamington Spa's Christmas lights this December.

The event will take place on Monday 29 December from 6pm to 6.45pm.

In between the strange period that is Christmas and New Year, those looking to get active and 'burn off some of that Christmas pudding' can hop on their bikes and enjoy a community bike ride.

It is set to be a celebration of cycling, proving that people not only can, but want to ride in winter and at night.

There will be also be music and bubbles.

The Bicycle Bus team said: "Bring your own music, decorate your bikes with Christmas lights and bright colours and carry on the Christmas joy."
