A German company has successfully secured the freehold of a 45,000 square foot industrial unit located in Tachbrook Park, Leamington, valued at approximately £5.6 million.

The property, which includes extensive office accommodation, was acquired by CEWE Ltd.

Located at Apollo Way, the property was previously occupied by the automobile company Grupo Antolin.

The deal is seen as an indication of CEWE's approach and long-term investment plans within the Warwick district.

The company, recognised for its commercial photographic services across the United Kingdom and Europe, is set to relocate from another facility within Tachbrook Park to this newly acquired building next year, consolidating its operations at the site.

Bill Wareing of Wareing & Company, who represented the landlord in the negotiations, stated: "CEWE had been seeking freehold opportunities in the Warwick district for a number of years and have made a commitment to secure these premises in an off-market deal well in advance of their current lease expiry."
