A retail unit, formerly home to The Danish Wardrobe Company, an independent clothing store in Leamington, is now available for lease.

Situated on Regent Street, this unit features a spacious retail area complete with a fully glazed storefront.

It also includes rear storage and ancillary accommodation.

The unit is set to be available for rent from late April 2026, following a strip out and partial refurbishment, with a rental price of £30,000.

It offers a ground floor retail and ancillary area measuring 1,068 square feet (99.2 square meters).

The property is available under a new lease, with the term open for negotiation.

The lease will be established on internal repairing and insuring terms, with the tenant also responsible for a proportionate share of any external repair costs.

So with a rent of just under £600 per week, plus business rates, plus untility costs, oh, and don't forget staff salaries. It's difficult to imagine what sort of business could possibly run a profitable business from there. Just saying!
