Define and drive the technical roadmap for high-voltage hardware integration across SDU, CSC, and WGM domains. Lead functional architecture definition, system interface control, and integration governance. Orchestrate agile squad execution, managing PI planning, sprint progress, and functional prototype delivery. Support risk assessments, validation planning, and incremental integration milestones. Engage with stakeholders, leadership, suppliers, and adjacent squads to ensure aligned execution. Champion continuous improvement, traceability, agile tooling, and compliance with ISO 26262.

Define and drive long-term BMS strategy, ensuring alignment of hardware, software, and control roadmaps. Lead architecture reviews and platform harmonisation across multiple engineering domains Oversee agile delivery across squads, managing backlogs, dependencies, and milestone progress. Coordinate system integration sprints, validation processes, and cross-functional technical activities. Engage with internal leadership, product owners, and external partners to ensure delivery alignment. Embed best practices in system design, traceability, and compliance with ASPICE, ISO 26262, and governance frameworks.

Our premium brand Automotive client is currently recruiting for the following role:Trainer - Engineering Delivery - 34/hr (Inside IR35) - Warwickshire (hybrid potential) - 8 Months (potential for yearly renewal) The OpportunityThe Engineering Delivery Platform ( EDP ) aims to completely transform the way in which the business operates to deliver core activity of Product Creation from Idea to End of Life through a focus upon value through a process driven mindset. Trainer / Change Co-ordinator Responsibilities:The role has an overarching responsibility to ensure the delivery of process re-engineering change through process centric training content creation and delivery including the measurement and control of delegates learning and competency through tests and where appropriate at elbow support'. Critical to the success of the training at scale within engineering will be successful change control management of training material in line with process development. End user / super user support during deployment will be critical after training to ensure full adoption by the business and managing the currency' of process and methods for all individuals, e.g. new changes need to be cascaded to those already trained to a previous level / version.
