Our client, a leader in advanced battery system development, is seeking a Tech & Delivery Lead for BMS HV Integration to own the technical vision and orchestrate the delivery of high-voltage hardware platforms supporting Battery Management Systems. This role ensures cross-functional squads deliver high-quality, safe, and validated hardware increments, aligning embedded systems, modules, and gateway components to program goals. The Tech & Delivery Lead for BMS HV Integration will:

• Define and drive the technical roadmap for high-voltage hardware integration across SDU, CSC, and WGM domains.
• Lead functional architecture definition, system interface control, and integration governance.
• Orchestrate agile squad execution, managing PI planning, sprint progress, and functional prototype delivery.
• Support risk assessments, validation planning, and incremental integration milestones.
• Engage with stakeholders, leadership, suppliers, and adjacent squads to ensure aligned execution.
• Champion continuous improvement, traceability, agile tooling, and compliance with ISO 26262.

• Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years' experience in BMS high-voltage hardware integration, embedded systems, or platform delivery.
• Strong understanding of SDU, CSC, and gateway hardware architectures.
• Proven leadership experience in agile or SAFe engineering environments.
• Skilled in Confluence, Jira, and integration tracking tools.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience or demonstrable ability of leading a team.
