Overview: We are looking for experienced Engineers to work on the development of advanced seating components and systems for passenger cars. Candidates must demonstrate strong technical expertise in the design, development, and integration of seating sub-systems including headrests, slide adjusters, backrests, armrests, recliners, and seat frames.

Open Roles & Key Responsibilities:

Project Seating Engineer

  • Support lead engineers in project execution and technical documentation
  • Participate in concept generation and assessment against established Bill of Design
  • Capture early Design Verification (DV) requirements and testing needs
  • Track delivery of components through development phases
  • Ensure DSs are created and linked to EBOM/Product Structure
  • Coordinate internal reviews, supplier feedback, and milestone readiness

Required Experience (All Roles):

  • Proven experience in the design and development of seating systems in passenger cars
  • Deep understanding of seating sub-systems: headrests, slide adjusters, backrests, armrests, recliners, seat frames, etc.
  • Hands-on exposure to full product development lifecycle from concept to production
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and external suppliers
  • Proficient in CATIA/3Dx (especially for CAD roles)
