What You ll Be Doing:

  • Collaborating with class teachers to deliver engaging, effective lessons

  • Helping students stay focused, motivated, and on track throughout the school day

  • Providing 1:1 or small group support tailored to meet each child's individual needs

  • Encouraging a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment

  • Assisting with classroom setup, resource management, and daily operational tasks

  • Adhering to safeguarding protocols to ensure a safe and secure school environment for all students

What We re Looking For:

  • Experience: Previous experience in a school or educational setting is beneficial

  • DBS: Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)

  • Commitment: A genuine passion for supporting children s learning and development

  • Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, and organisational skills

  • Qualifications: Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
