Join us for a relaxed Autumn stroll and chat around the park for Dementia support and awareness. With time to chat and enjoy the changing colours of the season. We'll have an Autumn Spotting Sheet to help get conversations started as we look out for Autumn sights along the way.

Everyone is welcome!

Come and get to know us.
