Leamington Football Club and OurCoop have agreed a three-year extension of their long-standing partnership which first launched in 2015.

As part of the renewed agreement, OurCoop, the UK's largest independent co-operative, will support the continued development of Leamington FC's Community Scheme.

The club said the Community Scheme will deliver sports participation, education, health awareness and social inclusion initiatives for the benefit of the local community.

The programme aims to both increase awareness of health and wellbeing and extend opportunities to participate in football and physical activity to people of all ages, regardless of fitness level or ability.

The club's ground has also been renamed OurCoop Community Stadium following the bringing together of Central Co-op, Midcounties Co-operative and Chelmsford Star to form OurCoop earlier this year.

The updated signage has been revealed to reflect the new name, ready for the forthcoming season under manager Scott Easterlow.
