Here are our top picks for September:

1. Leamington Food & Drink Festival

The wait is soon over for the return of Leamington's popular Food and Drink Festival.

The free two-day event will be celebrating its 19th year at the Pump Room Gardens this weekend (12-13 September).

The day will bring together around 120 food and drink exhibitors, alongside street food, independent producers, live cooking, children's activities, music and entertainment.

Across the weekend, visitors can enjoy a line up of live entertainment from the bandstand, alongside engaging and informative demonstrations in the Live Cookery Theatre, where talented chefs will showcase seasonal ingredients, share tips and inspire home cooks of all levels.

The festival runs from 10am to 6pm each day in the Pump Room Gardens in Leamington.

2. Leamington Heritage Day

Annual Leamington Heritage Day, a free event, is taking place in Leamington in September.

Set to take place on Saturday 12 September, from 10am to 3pm at All Saints' Parish Church on Priory Terrace, the event will celebrate Leamington's diverse local history.

The Leamington History Group, along with a range of other local societies, will be showcasing their latest local research on the day.

3. A Taste of Leamington

A flagship evening of food, community and charity across the town's independent restaurants is back this month.

Organised by Royal Leamington Spa Rotary Club, the event will support Parkinson's UK and Warwickshire Search & Rescue.

Now in its 9th year, A Taste of Leamington will return on Tuesday 15 September.

The event begins with a drinks reception at the Parish Church followed by a three course meal with a twist… attendees will get each course in a different restaurant!

The evening starts at 6pm for the reception before guests are guided in groups of 20 to 24 diners to three of the town's unique restaurants.
