Here are our top picks for this weekend:
1. Sleep Out
This week marks the return of Leamington-based charity Helping Hands' Sleep Out.
From Friday 9 to Saturday 10 October, locals will volunteer to spend a night without the comfort, security and safety of a home, at All Saints C of E Church.
The idea behind a Sleepout is to experience just a small glimpse of what so many people in the community face every single day.
Organisers shared: "We invite you to step outside your comfort zone, spend a night under the stars and, most importantly, help us shine a light on homelessness and housing insecurity in our community.
"Whether you take part yourself, get a team together, or support someone who is taking part, your involvement can make a real difference.
"Come along, bring your sleeping bag, and help us show that no one should have to face homelessness alone."
Register for the event here.
2. Listening party
Head Records Leamington Spa are set to host a listening party for the new album Dopamine Chamber this Thursday (8 October) from 3pm until 5.30pm.
Attendees will have an opportunity to hear the new album in full, and take home exclusive giveaway items including:
• Tote Bag
• 20-page Zine
• Die-cut Sticker
• Postcard Set
• A2 Poster
All pre-orders that have been already taken in advance of the listening party will receive the freebies.
Dopamine Chamber is released Friday 16 October.
