Thousands of visitors are expected to descend on Leamington this weekend as SummerFest returns to Parade.

Taking place on Sunday 9 August from 11.00am until 5.00pm, the event will see the town centre filled with around 80 independent traders, alongside street food, children's rides, a mini pop-up beach, Punch and Judy shows and plenty of activities for all ages.

Organised by CJ's Events Warwickshire, SummerFest aims to celebrate everything that makes Leamington a great place to visit while providing a valuable boost for independent businesses and the town centre economy.

Visitors can expect a huge variety of stalls selling artisan food, handmade gifts, fashion, homeware, local produce and unique products from across the Midlands, with something to suit every taste and budget.

Families will also be able to enjoy a traditional seaside atmosphere in the heart of Leamington, with a pop-up beach, deckchairs, children's rides and a fantastic selection of street food traders serving cuisines from around the world.

Entry is completely free, with organisers encouraging visitors to travel sustainably where possible or make use of nearby public car parks.
