Technical difficulties affecting parking payments via app in WDC car parks

Technical issues are impacting parking payments via app in Warwick District Council car parks.
WDC has shared that RingGo is currently experiencing technical difficulties, resulting in customers being unable to pay for parking via the RingGo app.
Customers are advised to use the ticket machines within WDC car parks today to pay for their parking.
This advice is also being shared by its enforcement officers while on patrol.
WDC shared: "We expect the issue to be resolved by the end of today."
