Here are our top picks for the coming days:
1. Let It Be Live - Rockstars Building The Band
This Friday (20 February) the search for a brandnew band kicks off in style. Let It Be Live: Rockstars – Building the Band brings musicians together for a highenergy, openmic style night where the talent steps up and the room comes alive.
Singers, guitarists, bassists, drummers, vocalists — plus bands looking for new members — will all hit the stage to perform two tracks each with our live house band backing them. It's raw, real, and packed with topclass music from start to finish.
How it works
- Two tracks, one shot: Each musician performs two songs with the house band.
- Show your style: The crowd gets a full night of diverse, highenergy performances.
- Standouts move forward: The best musicians of the night will be selected to progress.
- The journey leads to the big stage: Finalists will compete at the hmv Empire Coventry on 2nd April.
- The mission: To find and create a brandnew band built from the strongest performers across all rounds.
And the best part — it's completely free entry. Expect a buzzing atmosphere, huge talent, and a guaranteed great night of topclass live music.

Guinness, owned by Diageo, which is among the largest global producers and distributors of spirits, beer, and other alcoholic beverages, almost monopolises the Rugby Six Nations promotions in pubs.
