Behind the doors: Meet the dynamic team at Leamington's Complete Estate Agents

Established in 2005, Complete Estate Agents was made with a clear vision in mind: to offer a truly customer-focused approach to property.
The first Leamington Spa office was opened in 2012, on Regent Grove, and quickly became one of the most successful and trusted estate agents in the town.
Behind just the office, there is a dedicated team with extensive experience and passion for the industry.
Brian Williams - Director
The team starts with Brian Williams, director of the company.
Born and bred in Leamington Spa, Brian is proud to have deep roots in this amazing town.
He went to Brookhurst Primary, North Leamington School and Binswood College, and has been passionate about property ever since stepping into the industry back in 2002. Brian hosted one of the UK's very first open houses in 2004 and was the first to introduce the Matterport 3D camera to estate agency in the UK – always striving to stay ahead in how we market homes. Since opening Complete Estate Agents Leamington in 2012, Brian and the team have gone from strength to strength – recently launching its flagship office at One Binswood Street, right on the Northumberland Road roundabout. It's become a local landmark and a reflection of how far Complete has come.
Brian shared: "I'm lucky to lead a brilliant, highly motivated team of estate agents who I genuinely consider close friends. It's a real family business too – my fiancée, older brother, and now my 19-year-old son are all part of the company. With four kids ranging from toddlers to teens, life is definitely full-on! For the past six years, our office has consistently been the top-performing single branch across Leamington and Warwick. We've helped hundreds of clients move home – many of whom have come back to us time and again. Helping people move is what we love to do. Stuart Duncan - Negotiator
With experience in estate agency from 2005, including 14 years as a valuer and having managed a market leading branch, Stuart Duncan has worked in the property industry and has a passion for property. This extends out of his working life, being a landlord in the Leamington Spa market place.
Stuart has a trained eye for attention to detail and an ingrained enthusiasm for high quality and persuasive marketing. His university under-graduate education, experience in practice and his later masters education, was based in design, specialising in corporate identity and branding. Outside of the office he is am a keen gym goer, whilst also enjoying spectating at sporting events, including both rugby and football. Specifically being a long suffering supporter of the 'mighty sky blues', for many seasons having been a season ticket holder at the Richo Arena.
Philippa Leopold- Valuer
Philippa is a valuer at the company.
Amy Cunningham -Valuer
Next there's Amy, who is a valuer at the company.
Steven Williams - Negotiator & Admin
Steven's job is 100 percent office based, to liaise with all clients to help book in convenient times for viewings, as well as getting crucial client feedback afterwards. He has the important role of confirming valuations for its Sellers, so the team can demonstrate its marketing and help with price guidance.
Steven spends a lot of time dealing social media marketing for its clients Facebook videos to get sometimes over 6000 views online! He loves the fast paced environment he works in and the can-do professionalism of the team.
Zack Williams -Videographer
And last but not least- Zak, Complete Estate Agent Leamington's videographer.
