By James Smith 18th Aug 2026
The Warwickshire Pride Festival is returning this weekend, with Leamington set to be taken over with a "colourful celebration" of LGBTQ+ life and culture.
The annual community event returns on Saturday 22 August.
As ever, the day will begin with a Pride march through the town, followed by the main celebration at the Pump Room Gardens, until 6pm.
Attendees can look forward to stalls, a wide variety of food and drink vendors and live performances.
Road closure details have now been confirmed by Warwick District Council ahead of Saturday's parade.
Beauchamp Road will be shut between 9am and 11:30am
The following roads will be closed from 11am to 11.30am with a rolling closure:
- Clarendon Avenue (between Beauchamp Road and Kenilworth Road)
- Parade (between Clarendon Avenue and Newbold Terrace)
- Regent Street (between Bedford Street and Park Street)
- Warwick Street (between Tavistock Street and Guy Street)
- Dormer Place, junction with The Parade & Bedford Street.
