A five acre plot of land on the edge of Cubbington is currently on the market with local property agent Wareing & Co.

The land off Leicester Lane to the north of the village was previously used as a materials store by the council.

It is now available for purchase for £2 million.

The land has planning permission to be used for storage.

The brochure says: "The site is currently laid to a mix of hard standing and bunded landscaping, with secure gated access directly off Leicester Lane.

"It is understood to be brownfield land, historically used by Warwickshire County Council as a source of materials, which supports its potential for redevelopment subject to planning.

"Previously operated as a council depot and materials site, the land has long been associated with infrastructure and operational use.

"Its legacy as a working site contributes to its brownfield designation, offering a strong planning narrative for future development.

"The presence of existing hard standing and bunded areas reflects its former industrial utility and provides a practical base for new schemes (subject to further land investigations)."
