The opening date for Leamington's new coffee shop on Warwick Street has been announced.

Cacao, which already has stores in Coventry and Solihull, will open in the town this Saturday (7 March).

To celebrate its opening, the store is offering the first 50 drinks for free and half price on drinks all day.

The new cafe will open in the space previously occupied by Esquires Coffee, which closed late last year (2025).

The cafe is inspired by Australia's vibrant café culture, which its owners brought to the UK, opening their first café in 2013.

The owners shared: "Our story began on the sunny coast of Australia, where we fell in love with the craft of great coffee and learned from some of the world's best baristas, mastering everything from bean selection to the perfect pour."

The menu ranges from a variety of hot and cold beverages including iced coffee, hot tea, matcha, milkshakes and more.

Also food, including brunch and lunch items from paninis, toasties and even dessert.
