Mobile bakery set to open in Leamington next month
By Nadia Sayed 5th Jun 2026
After more than a year in development a mobile bakery is coming to Leamington.
BAKE BOX will open the hatch to the bakery in the town on Saturday 4 July.
Its next regular public space is a restored 1960s Citroën H van, bringing artisan baking, speciality coffee and patisserie into the community.
According to its owners BAKEBOX is inspired by "the idea of curiosity expressed through craft, every element of the project from the menu and visual identity to the architecture of the bakery itself has been developed with the same intention: to create something thoughtful, quietly distinctive and uncompromising."
The offering brings together artisan breads, viennoiserie, seasonal patisserie and speciality coffee, evolving over time as ideas are explored.
"The mobile bakery is the next public expression of a much broader vision for BAKE BOX," shared co-founder Ollie Wells.
Wells continued: "Curiosity has always been our starting point. We like questioning familiar ideas and rebuilding them in a distinctive way. Introducing a mobile bakery allows us to connect with places across the district with unique energy, meeting people where they naturally gather."
The mobile bakery officially opens on Saturday 4 July.
Starting at Dormer Place it will open next to the Pump Room Gardens at 10am.
