A local woman has plead guilty to stealing from a motor vehicle in Leamington.

A female, local to the Leamington area was arrested, charged and remanded to appear at Coventry Magistrates Court yesterday morning, where she plead guilty (Monday 2 February).

Police were first alerted to the incident overnight on 31 January into 1 February, where officers became aware of a report of a theft from a motor vehicle in the Leamington area.

This prompted officers from Leamington SNT to search for the individual in question.
