Local community arts space seeks new submissions for its next exhibition
By Nadia Sayed 27th Mar 2026
A local community arts space is calling for new submissions for its next exhibition, Fault Lines.
Submissions are now open for Lightaus Arts' next exhibition at The Stoneleigh Arms Arts Space.
Fault Lines invites artists to explore moments of fracture, instability, and transformation; emotionally, socially, materially, or geographically. From visible breaks to hidden stresses, from collapse to repair, this exhibition is about what lies beneath and what emerges next.
Themes will explore: "What happens at the point of rupture? and "Where tension builds, pressure shifts, and something begins to change…"
The team are looking for work that responds broadly to:
- fracture, tension & rupture
- imbalance & instability
- thresholds & transition
- pressure, resilience & transformation
Open to emerging and established artists working across all mediums including painting, drawing, photography, sculpture, ceramics, mixed media, installation and time-based work.
The submission deadline is Monday 6 April at 11.59pm.
Hand-in is on Sunday 12 April and the private viewing will be held on Saturday 16 April.
Individuals can submit their work here.
