A Warwickshire-based burger brand, is celebrating two wins at the inaugural British Burger Awards.
Libertine Burger, which has restaurants in Leamington, Rugby and Stratford-upon-Avon, scooped Best Restaurant Burger and Best of the West Midlands in the awards, which recognise the finest burgers in Britain and the passionate individuals and innovative businesses behind them.
The inaugural British Burger Awards powered by QSR CNCT celebrated independent operators, high street chains and street food pioneers, with a ceremony taking place at the Novotel Centre Birmingham on 17th November.
Libertine Burger beat off competition from other renowned burger names from the region to take home the title of Best of West Midlands, as well as winning Best Restaurant Burger - one of several special categories recognised in the awards.

The accolades are the latest additions to the popular burger brand's trophy cabinet, coming just months after it was declared 'Street Food Operator of the Year' at the prestigious Midlands Food, Drink and Hospitality Awards and 'Best Burger' at the Coventry and Warwickshire Foodie Awards.
Libertine Burger has also previously scooped titles at the National Burger Awards, West Midlands Tourism Awards and British Street Food Awards.
Libertine Burger founder Charles Harris said: "To go up against some of the biggest burger brands in the country and walk away with two wins is a great moment for our whole team. We take huge pride in the burgers we make, both in our restaurants and served from our Libertine trucks at events and festivals, so to see them recognised for the quality that they are is brilliant.
"It's no secret that times are tough across the board for our industry, so we're hoping this will serve as a reminder that if you live in the Midlands, you've got some brilliant food right on your doorstep, so come and visit us and enjoy a taste of the best burgers out there. We're always making improvements to our menus and have added fried chicken to our range, as well as breakfasts, so there's something for everyone."
Libertine Burger started its life in 2017 as a street food operator, serving burgers from a pimped-up Renault Master. Since then it has gone on to open three bricks and mortar sites in Warwickshire.

Irfan Younis, spokesperson for the British Burger Awards, added: "Businesses shortlisted for these awards have represented the very best of the UK's burger scene, from gourmet pioneers to classic independents serving unforgettable flavours.
"This event recognised the creativity, passion and hard work within every bun, spotlighting the outstanding talent shaping the nation's burger culture. Congratulations to all of our winners."
Libertine's long list of accolades includes the Blogger's choice award at the National Burger Awards 2019 and a silver in the 2024 West Midlands Tourism Awards. The brand's perfect patties have also seen it get to the finals of the British Street Food Awards, the Street Food Championships and the National Burger Awards.
It was also one of only 30 burger businesses invited to compete in the historic 'champion of champions' contest to mark the 10th anniversary of the National Burger Awards.
Libertine Burger also reached the finals of the 2025 Warwickshire and West Midlands Muddy Stilettos Awards, and as well as winning Street Food Operator of the Year at the Midlands Food Drink and Hospitality Awards, was shortlisted in Casual Dining Restaurant of the Year.
