The premises of the former fish store, Regency Fish, in Leamington Spa, are now available for rent. 

The store, which is located on 49 Regent Street, closed its doors for the final time on Christmas Eve (24 December) last year. 

In a post shared on Facebook, Regency Fish wrote: "We would like to thank all of our customers for the many years of support you have given to Regency Fish, it is with a heavy heart that we have decided to close the doors today for the last time. 

"We have had many good years serving the people of Leamington, and hopefully, moving forward, someone will step in and take over where we left off. 

"We wish you all a Very Merry Christmas & all the Best for the New Year." 

The unit will be let on an FRI (Full Repairing and Insuring) lease for a minimum of three years.
