'Essential maintenance work' is currently underway on the paving at the side of the Royal Pump Rooms in Leamington.

Despite these activities, The building remains open as usual, and all businesses and services are operating as normal.

Over the course of the next three days, contractors will be on site to lift sections of paving slabs and install a temporary asphalt surface.

This action is a precautionary measure to ensure the area remains safe and accessible for visitors while broader works continue.

The temporary surface will remain in place until the current program of works is completed, at which point the paving will be fully reinstated.
