Car with cloned plates crashes into tree during Leamington police chase

The driver of a car which had cloned plates has been arrested following a police chase in Leamington Spa.
Warwickshire Police said officers tried to stop the Volkswagen Golf before making chase.
After the pursuit, the driver lost control and crashed into a tree.
The driver was arrested for dangerous driving and failing to stop.
He has now been charged and will appear in court.
