We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive BoM Engineer to join our Product Information team on a contract basis in Gaydon. This role plays a key part in the early phases of programme development, supporting the creation, configuration, and validation of Bills of Material (BoMs) across multiple vehicle lines and global manufacturing facilities.

Key Responsibilities: Manage the setup and modification of Bills of Material in both legacy and future systems. Collaborate with Engineering teams across Centres of Competence (CoCs) to guide and support BoM creation. Conduct quality checks including commodity audits and large-scale validation events. Challenge inputs and proactively gather information from stakeholders to ensure BoM accuracy and completeness. Support programme gateways by delivering coherent and validated BoMs.

Skills & Experience Required: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems. Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a team. Previous experience with BoM management is highly desirable. Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
