An award-winning business who are a leading technology business are seeking a Facilities Manager based in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire, to oversee 4 sites which are all in a walkable distance -Admin, Marketing, Engineering, and a newly acquired office space.
As a Facilities Manager, you will:
- Ensure the smooth operation of all facilities
- Oversee maintenance, health & safety, and compliance.
- Be confident in working across multiple sites
- Coordinate with contractors and internal teams
- Be a good communicator
Experience required for Facilities Manager role
- Experience with engineering sites is preferred due to the nature of the business
- NEBOSH or Health & Safety qualifications are a plus.
- Be required to be on-site
