Customer Team Member - Co-op On The Go Location: 27 The Parade, Leamington Spa, CV32 4AS Pay: £12.60 per hour Contracts available: 20, 25, and 30 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent roles Full, paid training provided You can apply for this role using your mobile device (no CV needed!) You must be aged 18 or over to be a customer team member at Co-op, as it requires working before 6am or after 10pm. We're looking for Customer Team Members to join our team at our new Co-op On The Go store opening soon in Leamington Spa. This is a unique opportunity to be part of an innovative retail concept that focuses exclusively on food-to-go and delivery services through our trusted partners. As a Customer Team Member, you'll be part of a friendly team that's dedicated to helping our customers. We'll look to you to provide them with great service on the tills and the shop floor, while also performing a wide range of other tasks around the store like re-stocking shelves and cleaning up spillages. What you'll do
  • Friendly and thoughtful service - you'll put customers first in everything you do: responding to queries, championing Co-op products and Membership, working in our in-store bakery and doing all you can to deliver a great shopping experience
  • Work together to make everyone's day better - supporting your store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members
  • Make sure the store safe and legal - keep the shelves stocked and make sure prices, dates, and temperatures are all as they should be
  • Help introduce new products and services - make changes feel natural, sharing experiences with your colleagues so everyone learns together
  • Support your local community - get involved in all kinds of activities and events!
