CNC Sliding Head Programmers, Setters, rugby area

About the Role: You will be joining a busy and modern precision engineering environment, working with sliding head CNC lathes (Citizen and Star machines).Location:RugbySalary:£22 to £24 max per hour

Hours:4pm to 1amContract:Full Time & PermanentKey Responsibilities:

• Programming, setting, and operating CNC sliding head lathes
• Working from engineering drawings to tight tolerances
• Conducting first-off inspections to maintain high-quality standards
• Maintaining high levels of productivity and precision
• Continuously improving skills in a supportive and dynamic team environment

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in CNC sliding head turning
• Fully competent in programming FANUC control systems
• Ability to work independently and carry out first-off inspections
• Quick learner with excellent skills retention
• Self-motivated, dependable, and a strong team player
