Residential Conveyancer - Leamington Spa

An established law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer, Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its busy conveyancing team.

Your role will involve managing a varied caseload of residential property sales, purchases and remortgages, including freehold and leasehold transactions, from instruction through to completion.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience managing a full conveyancing caseload
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines and perform under pressure
• Strong fee-earning track record and experience using the Land Registry Portal
