The Role You will manage a varied caseload of civil and commercial disputes including:

  • Shareholder and partnership disputes
  • Breach of contract claims
  • Property and ToLATA disputes
  • Boundary/neighbour disputes
  • Defamation, harassment and nuisance claims
  • Will and inheritance disputes
  • Professional negligence
  • Debt recovery, possession and insolvency matters

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing files from instruction to resolution
  • Drafting pleadings, witness statements and settlement agreements
  • Advising clients on litigation and ADR strategies
  • Ensuring CPR compliance and meeting court deadlines
  • Attending hearings where appropriate
  • Building strong client relationships and supporting business development

The Person You will be:

  • A qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive/CILEX Lawyer
  • Experienced in litigation with strong CPR knowledge
  • Organised, client-focused and commercially aware
  • A strong communicator with excellent drafting skills
