Firstline Application Support Technician The Package:- To £35k + benefits Location :- Warwick & primarily a remote role with circa 3 - 4 days a month in the office The Role:- Working as part of a dedicated & friendly team, providing critical application support to the healthcare/clinical industry. You will provide Firstline Helpdesk support on clinical applications, involving call/email/app logging, Firstline Technical resolution, escalation and allocation, within an ITIL environment. This includes supporting over 140 sites across the UK and customers/users at all levels & therefore requires excellent communication skills. You will primarily be working with the Healthcare Applications - RIS & PACS & training will be provided for the right person, especially if you have any related similar industry applications or extensive Apps Helpdesk background. What are we looking for:-
  • Firstline, Helpdesk Application Support
  • Firstline Technical Fixing/Resolution experience
  • Ideally RIS and/or PACS or Similar Healthcare App Knowledge (an advantage)
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Friendly personality
