BI Manager - Finance Transformation - £70K

Warwick based - Hyrbid working

I'm working with a growing, multi-site business looking for a BI Manager to join the team in a newly created, standalone role while they go through a finance transformation.

This is a great opportunity for someone who has worked within a finance environment and understands finance processes, but is also highly tech/data-focused, with ownership of Power BI, automation and a range of transformation projects.

The role:

• Own and develop the Power BI reporting environment, including data models, DAX and dashboards
• Lead finance automation and process improvement using Power BI, Power Query, VBA, Python and AI
• Deliver transformation projects across Finance, including Sage 200, Purchase Order systems and AI/OCR invoice processing
• Turn complex financial and operational data into meaningful commercial insight
• Work closely with Finance, Operations and Commercial teams to identify opportunities for improvement
• Act as the finance SME for automation, digital transformation and data-driven ways of working

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience working within a finance environment, with a good understanding of finance processes, reporting and controls
• Strong Power BI experience - DAX, data modelling and dashboard development
• Proven finance transformation/process improvement experience
• Strong VBA/Excel skills and experience writing complex macros
• Practical Python experience for automation, data analysis or reporting
• Experience delivering technology-enabled change and automation projects
• Confident stakeholder and project management skills
