An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and dynamic Home Manager to lead a well-performing 80-bed nursing home near Royal Leamington Spa. The home is around 2yrs old and is Good rated with CQC. The home forms part of a small portfolio of highly regarded, luxury care homes operated by an innovative and growing care provider.

The successful candidate will inherit a home that is already operating above target, with a committed and skilled team, strong occupancy, and excellent local reputation. This is an exciting opportunity to oversee a thriving and high-performing service, building on its success and shaping the next chapter in quality care and operational excellence.

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring efficient management, strong leadership, and achievement of occupancy, financial, and quality targets.
  • Oversee the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care, ensuring clinical excellence, safeguarding, and compliance with all relevant health and social care standards.
  • Ensure full regulatory compliance, particularly with CQC requirements
  • Recruit, develop, and manage a skilled care team, fostering a positive workplace culture
  • Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Experienced Home Manager (nursing or non-nursing)
  • Strong understanding of CQC compliance and quality care delivery
  • A proven track record of commercial performance and team leadership
  • Passionate about person-centred care and creating a thriving home culture
  • Motivated, proactive and a strong communicator

Remuneration:

  • Salary 80,000pa
  • 33 days holiday including bank holidays
  • Company pension and enhanced sick pay
  • Discretionary bonus
